Prior to joining Greystone, TJ spent several years at Freddie Mac within its Small Balance Lending division, where he participated in the underwriting of more than 900 closed multifamily loans. He later transitioned into loan production at Walker & Dunlop, expanding his experience across a broad range of multifamily transactions.

Today, TJ works with multifamily owners and mortgage brokers nationwide, leveraging Greystone's lending programs to provide non-recourse financing with DSCR requirements as low as 1.10x and amortization up to 35 years.

With experience on both sides of the lending process, TJ brings a practical perspective on how financing structures beyond traditional agency lending can create new opportunities for multifamily investors. TJ splits his time between Dallas TX, & Newport Beach CA
