Mark Mandala, Vice President, Investment, leads Brixton Capital’s multifamily acquisitions platform, overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of investment opportunities across key growth markets. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has successfully acquired more than $400 million in multifamily properties.
Before Brixton, Mark was on the Investments team a privately held real estate investment firm focused on value-add and core-plus multifamily assets in the Western U.S., including Colorado and Texas. During his tenure, he was involved in over $525 million of investment transactions comprising more than 1,900 units.
Earlier in his career, Mark worked in Debt Placement at Eastdil Secured, arranging financing for multifamily and office properties throughout the West Coast, and at Freddie Mac Multifamily, where he originated and structured permanent CMBS loans.
Mark holds an active California real estate license and is engaged in the industry as a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Council, NMHC Emerging Leaders, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona.
