As Senior Managing Director, Steve provides national leadership and strategic direction to Transwestern’s Healthcare Capital Markets advisory. With over 20 years of expertise in investment sales, portfolio sales, equity capitalizations, and debt placement, he works collaboratively throughout the firm to guide capital markets strategies focused on the healthcare sector. Steve brings leadership and specialized insight, ensuring clients receive comprehensive advisory solutions aligned with their investment objectives and designed to drive long-term value across the healthcare real estate market.

Before joining Transwestern, Steve was part of JLL’s healthcare real estate capital markets team in New York, where he specialized in providing capital markets solutions for medical office buildings, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, acute care hospitals, and other post-acute properties. Throughout his career, Steve has advised private and institutional owners, including public REITs, private equity, developers and healthcare providers on assignments with an aggregate value of over $5.6 billion. He has also held
positions at investment management firms Vanbarton Group, LLC, ARC Healthcare Trust, and Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, which sponsored investment vehicles that acquired and managed healthcare properties.
