Kelly Moriarty is Co-Director of JLL San Diego’s Healthcare Practice Group, where he advises healthcare organizations on real estate strategies tied to evolving care delivery models and outpatient growth. Specializing in agency leasing, tenant representation, and owner-user sales, Kelly has helped clients execute more than 575 healthcare real estate transactions valued at over $1.4 billion. His work focuses on aligning real estate decisions with long-term operational and market objectives.

Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Kelly served as Vice President of Sales at MyOffice. Earlier in his career, he held business development and marketing roles with Versa Project Resources (formerly 2 Degrees) and Epoch Entertainment in Seattle, Washington.
