George Kutnerian is the Co-Founder & CEO of Wellpointe Inc., where he led the transformation of his family’s predecessor small-business into California’s largest owner-operator and developer of assisted living homes.

Wellpointe has been named to the Inc. 5000 list America’s fastest growing private companies four years in a row and made its debut on the Argentum 150 list of largest senior living providers in 2026.

Mr. Kutnerian leads strategic planning, talent strategy, development, acquisitions, accounting, capital markets, technology, and government relations. He is regarded as one of California’s top senior care public policy experts.

Mr. Kutnerian received his B.S. (High Honors) from UC Berkeley, an M.S. from Columbia University, and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
