Sean Maynard is a Managing Director and co- leads BGL’s Real Estate team. Sean advises institutional, corporate, and private clients as relates to the acquisition, disposition, financing, and recapitalization of real estate assets across multiple industries.

Prior to this role, Sean was an investment banker and Director within BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences investment banking team, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other strategic assignments across several sectors, including hospitals and health systems, specialty physician practices, and diagnostics.

Previously, Sean served as a Senior Associate at Kaufman Hall, a nationwide healthcare consultancy, where he focused on M&A advisory associated with hospital, health system, and multi-specialty physician group transactions.
