Elliott Sellers is a Senior Vice President, Investments & Partner with Anchor Health Properties and serves an integral role in the management of real estate acquisition and development investments. Originally joining Anchor Health Properties as part of the internship program, he now leads the Company’s Washington, DC office and oversees the Investments team. During his time with Anchor Health Properties, Elliott has overseen or been involved with approximately $3 billion of closed investments to date across 150+ distinct transactions. In addition to leadership of the Investments team, he leads business development efforts for the Mid Atlantic, Southeast, Southern California, and Pacific Northwest regions through which he has overseen the acquisition of more than 2.5 million square feet of healthcare real estate investments to date. He is a member of the Firm’s investment committee.

Prior to his current role, Elliott interned at HFF in Charlotte, North Carolina, with key focus areas including investment sales and debt placement for a wide variety of asset classes.

He is actively involved in the healthcare real estate sector and served as a committee member of the inaugural Revista Rising Leaders Council. Locally in Washington, DC, Elliott is involved with Urban Land Institute through a variety of programs, including graduating from the 2022 Leadership Institute. He holds a BBA degree in finance from James Madison University (JMU) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder.
