Jenny Zhan, CFA, is Founder and CEO of Beyond Holding Company, LTD, an alternative investment firm focused on real estate-backed private credit. She oversees strategy, operations, and two subsidiaries: Beyond International and Beyond Global Management.
An EB-5 expert, Zhan has led Beyond to operate 13 funds and gain national recognition, with Beyond Global Management earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America in 2024 and 2025. She was also named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence in 2026. With over twenty years in global investments, she brings expertise in emerging markets, bridge financing, real estate, and wealth management.
Before founding Beyond, Zhan served as President of Good Hope Investment, a subsidiary of CreditEase Corporation, where she helped establish the firm as a leader in global investment immigration. She also served as Chief Strategy Officer at Ambow Education Holding Ltd.
Zhan began her investment career with GMO in 2002, a Boston-based global investment leader, where she served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Greater China and emerging markets. During her tenure, she managed more than $4 billion in assets.
She holds a degree in Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and her M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a member of CREW Houston, a premier business network for commercial real estate professionals.
