Tiffany is the CEO of our GREA’s National Platform. We have 11 offices across the nation with over 100 employees. As Chief Executive Officer of GREA, Tiffany Wright leads a national commercial real estate brokerage platform comprising 11 offices and approximately 100 employees across the United States. She is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic vision, driving enterprise value, and ensuring alignment and performance across all markets. She also serves as the COO specifically for the Portland, Oregon office within the platform.

Tiffany serves as the primary executive leader to the Board, working closely with directors and partners to guide long-term strategy, governance, and organizational accountability. She oversees all major corporate functions, including Strategy, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Branding, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring the national platform delivers scalable, efficient, and compliant support to local offices and producers.

She comes from a diverse background of Early Childhood Education to Commercial Real Estate. She previously was a Partner for a CRE firm in the Pacific Northwest where she led the company through 2 mergers and then an acquisition. Her passion lies within the team and the people she surrounds herself with. She works professionally and personally to make a difference in people’s lives and that shows up in a variety of ways – coaching, development, motivating, and strong leadership. Her philanthropic efforts are extensive, but if you ask her….her top strength is “sense of humor”.
