Known for aligning technology with business strategy, Erica has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on AI enablement, cybersecurity, operational observability, centralized reporting architecture, and scalable digital transformation. Her leadership approach centers on building connected technology ecosystems that improve visibility, empower teams, and drive measurable business outcomes across large portfolios.

Prior to joining PeakMade, Erica served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategic Initiatives at Article Student Living. There, she led enterprise technology, innovation, reporting, and technology capital expenditure initiatives across a national portfolio.

Erica has been widely recognized for her leadership and influence within the proptech industry. She was named a GlobeSt. 2026 Woman of Influence in the PropTech & Innovation category, a GlobeSt. 2025 Woman of Influence in the Diversity category, and a GlobeSt. 2022 CRE Tech Influencer.
