Nikki is responsible for leading IEC’s capital formation and investor relations efforts, including developing and managing relationships with institutional and private investors and overseeing fundraising across the firm’s investment vehicles. Prior to IEC, she led Capital Raising and Investor Relations at BKM Capital Partners, where she directed fundraising initiatives and investor engagement. Earlier in her career, she held investor relations, consulting, and finance roles at Healthpeak Properties, Gateway Investor Relations, PIMCO, and Berkadia. Nikki holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University.
