Curtis Bodison is the Global Head of Corporate Services at TIAA, responsible for setting and executing strategies for Global Real Estate, Integrated Facility Management, and Global Safety & Security across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Their background reflects a strong focus on financial services real estate and facilities management. Within TIAA's investment banking environment, Curtis has taken on increasing responsibilities, including leading commercial property strategies, lease administration, real estate transactions, space design, and project management. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities at TIAA, managing real estate and facility operations across the TIAA real estate portfolio.

Building on experience in the banking sector, Curtis served as Director of Workplace Design & Project Management at Truist, driving purposeful change with a focus on the future of work. Earlier in their career, they were the Global Executive Director, Real Estate Integration Head at JPMorgan Chase. At Fifth Third Bank, Curtis held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Project and Program Management. These roles demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and operational oversight within complex financial institutions.

Their work history includes a tenure as Senior Director, Project Management at CBRE, where they advised and executed commercial real estate initiatives. Prior to CBRE, Curtis was a Design Build Project Engineer at BECK Interiors, contributing to luxury construction projects. Informed by their service as an Army Officer in the United States Army, Curtis brings a foundation in leadership and strategic thinking to their role.

Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University College of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
