Audra Cunningham is a seasoned commercial real estate executive and the founder of
ACRE Consultants, a full-service advisory and brokerage firm specializing in tenant
representation, portfolio optimization, and developer advisory services. With over three
decades of leadership experience spanning telecommunications and commercial real
estate, Audra has held senior roles with the largest global brokerage firms, representing law
firms, nonprofits, corporations, and government contractors across the country. She has
also led landlord leasing efforts for Physician’s Realty Trust, where she leased over 3.5
million square feet of medical office space throughout the Southeast.
A passionate advocate for industry diversity, Audra actively mentors through OnBoard, the
SheLeads Atlanta Hawks, and the Black Corporate Board Readiness program. She also
serves on numerous civic and business boards, including Invest Atlanta, Zoo Atlanta, the
Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Midtown Alliance, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce,
Partnership for Southern Equity and the Council for Quality Growth where she will chair the
board in 2028. Audra is also a board director with SmartPath.
Audra has been recognized for her impact and leadership by organizations such as the
Atlanta Business Chronicle “Women of Influence”, Commercial Real Estate Women
(CREW) Distinguished Leader Award, the Urban Land Institute’s The Leader, Women’s
Leadership Initiative, Gwinnett Chamber Moxie Award, The Know Women and the National
Diversity Council Most Influential African American in Business.
