Nadine is the founder of ezzie + co., a strategic advisory firm at the intersection of AI, the commercial built environment, and human-centered transformation. A commercial real estate attorney, innovation strategist, and former proptech executive and General Counsel for a national developer, she brings 20 years of experience across real estate, technology, and law, including direct experience working with global institutional owners and operators. She has a multifaceted understanding of the CRE industry and advises Fortune 500 real estate portfolios and global professional services firms on enterprise AI implementation, adoption, and the organizational redesign required to make AI improve (not erode) human capability.

Nadine brings her experience as a speaker, advisor, and moderator at major innovation and CRE forums. Most recently, she moderated enterprise AI conversations at Reuters Momentum AI in New York, has keynoted CREW Austin’s ELEVATE!, Northeastern University’s Real Estate Summit, and Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Global Conference, and continues to offer training programming to CoreNet and NAIOP members. She is also the co-founder of CRE AI Studio, a first-of-its-kind learning and innovation platform helping professionals confidently adopt AI through hands-on training and real-world use cases.
