Speaker Bio
Danielle Sprouls, Esq. is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and author who has
become one of the most recognized voices in the pivot space. She practiced law. Led
as a commercial real estate title insurance executive, closing over $20 billion in
transactions during her title insurance career. And then did what most people only talk
about: she pivoted into entrepreneurship. She built Unscripted Pivots, a leadership
advisory firm, and created The P.I.V.O.T. Advantage™, a proprietary framework that
helps companies and the leaders inside them turn unexpected transitions into their
most strategic moves. She's also the woman on a mission to redefine WTF entirely,
turning three letters most people say out of frustration into declarations of power:
Where To Focus. Wisdom Through Failure. Win Tiny First. If you've heard someone
call her The WTF Lady, now you know why.

A Seton Hall Law School graduate and certified executive coach, Danielle brings over
25 years of cross-industry experience, legal precision, emotional intelligence, and
real-world credibility to everything she does. She's coached executive teams through
organizational shifts, delivered keynotes that leave audiences rethinking their entire
playbook, and authored WTF: Women That Flourish: Transform Life’s What-the-F#$k
Moments Into Your Greatest Wins, a book that's become a go-to resource for leaders
navigating change. She also hosts the Unscripted Pivots podcast, sharing inspiring
stories from Women That Flourish. The WTF philosophy isn't a catchphrase. It's a
leadership language she's building from the ground up.

Danielle's work hits different because she's lived every pivot she teaches. She built a
brand, a business, and a movement from her own reinvention, and she brings that
energy everywhere she shows up. A Jersey girl at heart, Danielle relocated to Newport
Beach, California with her husband John in 2017 and is a proud mom of four adult
children. When she's not on stage or behind the mic, you'll find her writing, on the golf
course, or jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. If your company is navigating
change, your leaders are stuck, or your next event needs someone who will leave the
room buzzing, stop scrolling. You just found her.
