Ekta Naik is a senior real estate executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale multifamily and mixed-use development across the United States. At SoLa Impact, she leads the Real Estate Acquisitions and Development group, driving the delivery of high-quality workforce and affordable housing, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments, while shaping housing policy across California.
Ekta has executed more than $3 billion in real estate transactions, representing over 8,000 units across California. Prior to SoLa Impact, she led Class A multifamily ground-up development and value-add investments at Alliance Residential with JV with Prudential and AIG. Before that, she worked in the New York and Chicago regions on mixed-use, mixed-income public-private partnerships.
Ekta is widely recognized as a leader in impact-driven real estate and has been named a leading woman in commercial real estate by LA Times, Bisnow, GlobeSt., and the Los Angeles Business Journal. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and has served on the Housing Committee of HomeAid Orange County, the Cornell Alumni Admissions Committee, and the City of Santa Ana’s General Plan Advisory Group.
She holds a degree from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
