Larry Scott is a 31 year real estate industry veteran, specializing in the multi-family residential sector, with extensive lead executive and senior management experience in: apartment development, land acquisition, apartment acquisitions, troubled property and loan workouts, REO and receiverships, asset management, and property management.

Larry has been directly involved with the development of over 15,000 residential units and the acquisition/renovation of over 5,000 apartment homes over his career tenure.

He is member of the ULI, NMHC, and BIA.
