Evan Kinne has orchestrated more than $4 billion in complex debt and equity financing arrangements. His recent work encompasses large-scale hospitality developments, multifamily properties, industrial projects, and mixed-use developments requiring sophisticated capital structuring across multiple sources.

Before joining GSP, Mr. Kinne served as Vice President at Watertower Group, a boutique advisory firm. There he guided over 20 internet, technology, and media companies through series A-D equity fundraising and M&A transactions. His background also includes roles as Director of Business Development at RadPad, a venture-backed real estate technology company based in Los Angeles, plus experience with other early-stage and VC-backed firms. He began his career as an accountant.

Mr. Kinne holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, where he focused on real estate finance coursework. Outside work, he pursues outdoor activities including skiing, cycling, and travel. An endurance mountain bike racer for over 25 years, he has completed numerous competitions, including multiple Leadville 100 finishes.
