Philip Campbell is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and is the head of U.S. Multifamily Asset Management. Based in San Francisco, Philip oversees the U.S. multifamily asset management platform and leads the team in the overall strategy and asset-level performance of the firm’s residential investments.
Previous to his current role, Philip oversaw asset management efforts in the western U.S.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Philip was a vice president of acquisitions for BlackRock, responsible for all acquisition and disposition activity in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California markets.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Mary’s College and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, National Apartment Association, and serves on ULI’s Multifamily Silver Council.
